Description
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer enquiries on availability of cars.
- Completing rental process with customers with own software, payment collection and checking in/out of vehicles.
- Providing ongoing service and sales support.
- Coordinating arriving passengers with chauffeurs assigned.
- To be responsible for smooth operations on day to day operations.
- Supervise and ensure that the smooth running of the chauffeurs and all limousine services.
- To ensure that additional responsibilities that may be implemented from time to time are properly executed.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer care & communication skills
- Pleasant & patient outlook
- Sales skills
Must have Class 3 driving license (more than 2 years driving experience):
Willing to work in Singapore (Changi Airport):- Ability to deal with complaints in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work with colleagues in a fast pace environment
- Able to work rotating shifts of 12 hours including weekends & public holidays
- Able to work independently
