**Job Summary**

This role involves designing and implementing advanced .NET solutions to extend and enhance our Salesforce application. You will also have the opportunity to learn Salesforce development and actively contribute to the evolution and improvement of our Salesforce platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex features with clean, efficient, and scalable code, acting as a primary resource for maintaining and enhancing critical systems.
• Dive into technical challenges and deliver practical, hands-on solutions that drive results.
• Embrace new tools quickly and share insights to uplift the team's technical capabilities and productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, offering actionable feedback and collaborating on technical approaches to deliver the best outcomes.
• Contribute to daily team ceremonies, provide updates, and seek input when needed.
• Balance writing quality code with the practicalities of shipping it efficiently, ensuring the team's goals are met.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong track record of delivering clean, high-quality code.
• Proficiency in C#, React, and modern web technologies like Lit, HTML/CSS, and TypeScript.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and lead impactful engineering conversations.
• Able to guide technical discussions, drive decisions, and mentor peers when needed.
• Bonus points: Experience with localization and internationalization projects is a significant plus.
