The Design Team is responsible for crafting the visual Wanderlust + Co story.Working alongside both the Marketing Team, whether it's engaging with media and bloggers, retail or wholesale consumers, industry commentators or the fashion community, we are the voice of Wanderlust + Co.

As the
Fashion Jewellery Designer for Wanderlust + Co, you will be creating product designs and concepts, along with display or presentation ideas, to our global audience of accessories lovers.
Your focus will be to understand the voice of the brand, its audience - the W+Co girl gang, and translating that into effective designs and products, in line with campaigns, trends and resulting in strong sell through.
You have to be a highly motivated individual with an interest in lifestyle product and accessories design, photography and a desire to contribute to a fast-growing label.
With a love and understanding for visual materials, you will aim to take users on a seamless journey across all touch points.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) -
- Develop design and technical drawing for jewellery and accessories with the Managing Director & Creative Director
- Drive the trend reporting and product development process for the business
- Work alongside the Managing Director on new season collections, including planning and concept ideation ensuring range success and visual aids to encourage sell through
- Work with manufacturing vendors and merchandisers to ensure development samples and prices, meet aesthetic and quality expectations, as well as internal timelines
- Work alongside the marketing/design team to understand campaign goals and translating that into unique products, inclusive of concept, design, specs, packaging, and other related visual elements
- Participate in the direction of product shoots, lookbooks, and any other visual projects relating to product marketing
- Assist the team with creative projects and general development of the brand
- Curate and research fashion and digital trends across brands and industry key opinion leaders (including bloggers, news media outlets, vintage archives etc)
- Design, forecast trend and product research, plus relevant daytoday administrative tasks
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in fashion or jewellery design, or equivalent professional work experience
- Previous design and product development experience a plus (especially within the fashion jewellery industry)
- Strong sketching and technical drawing abilities. CAD skills a plus
- Proficient skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience in building technical packs and developing product directly with factories
- Knowledge of materials, construction, hardware and fashion trends
- Deep understanding of fashion and jewellery trends
- Exceptional eye for design and detail
- Portfolio of pervious professional work required

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
