Clinic Assistant - Kuantan, Malaysia - ABI MEDIC GROUP (M) SDN BHD
Description
Responsible for registration and admission processes for patient.- Assist doctor on daily operation procedure.
- Responsible for collection of payment for service provided.
- To assist in management of insurance forms and company GL.
- Manage and resolve patient or client concern by providing correct information.
- Other adhoc duties as instructed by superior.
- Will be working at Poliklinik Abi tanjung lumpur
Requirements :
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia ( SPM ) or Diploma in any related field.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. ( Other languages in an advantage )
- Experienced in related field.
- Computer literate
- Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Able to work in shift (2 shifts) at 8.30pm (morning shift), 1.30pm (evening shift)
