Job Summary

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Conduct OJT**- To provide training support to opening outlets (domestic).

To assist in identifying the training needs and measure the effectiveness of training by post evaluation.
To conduct and facilitate Career Development Program (CDP).
To assist all communication related to training and follow up on the implementation of new training policies.
To perform both pre and post training including monitoring the completion of training.
Present or facilitate training program in a manner that maximizes the transfer and retention of knowledge. Skills and/ or behavior.
To conduct training audits aligned with CDP.

2. Post Training report**- To submit report periodically which consist of work done and action required

3. New Product Training**- Attend Train the Trainer session.

4. Others**- Assist and participate in any other given tasks and activities.

Job Requirements:

Good writing skills, great interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Preferred Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin in an added advantage.
A team player, independent, tactful and resourceful.
High integrity, independently, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be willing to travel outstation intensively when required.
