Description
Carry out purchasing duties for a wide range of goods and services particularly in the F&B Industry.Responsibilities
- Working experience as a Purchasing Executive or related role.
- Deal with the supplier and evaluate supplier performance, follow up on evaluation results such as quality, cost, delivery, and financial status.
- Liaise with suppliers for corrective action requests related to supplier delivery problems.
- Responsible for ensuring goods are purchased according to the department specifications.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing goods.
- To carry out other adhoc duties and functions assigned by the superior.
Minimum Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in any related courses.
- At least 2 years of working experience in purchasing, preferably in a F&B setup.
- Exhibit excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and can relate to different levels of an organization.
- Selfmotivated, resultsoriented and performancedriven.
- Intermediate user in Ms. Office
