Responsibilities:


  • Ability to lead, oversee and manage a team/group through inspiring and motivating others to develop and achieve.
  • Ensure smooth execution by meeting quality and customer service expectation / indicators and accomplishing service level.
  • Comply to the HR services processing offshore as agreed with respective region and entity.
  • Lead day to day critical and adhoc operation request/escalation
  • Ensure delivering of all the recruitment activity and offer management administration task from the hiring requisition to sourcing and onboarding management.
  • Ensure all HR information and employee data are accurate and updated in a timely manner in HR systems internal and external
  • Responsible for organizing an effective Knowledge Management database to effective search.
  • Build collaborative relationships with client's stakeholder and Regional Leads.
  • Constantly evaluate and communicate expectations to team members.
  • Develop staff capability, knowledge, skills and understanding of the Division HR operations and business needs
  • Accountable for achieving the HR services related target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), operational level agreements and service levels to the customers.
  • Organize monthly service or cadence review meeting with respective client towards building good rapport, resolving issues, improving processes and work relationships.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance provision of services by reviewing and revising operational processes, policies, standard operating procedures and work instructions and introduce key improvement plans for execution.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/ Higher in Human Resource/ Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 68 years' experience with minimum 3 years in SSC or BPO environment & 1 year people management experience.
  • Excellent in understanding of Business processes and HR system & tools
  • Excellent in HR services expertise and command of relevant process flow, policies and procedure, compliance and regulations.
  • Excellent in communications both written and oral, building teamwork, decision making and problemsolving
  • Excellent in leading/motivating/coaching
  • Strong in multitasking and able to work well under pressure
  • Capable in managing exceptions or issues as they arises, independently and on timely manner
  • Ability to execute and coordinate business, change and improvement initiative.
  • Ability to oversee the delivery of services and performance management.
  • Strong involvement in business partnering and internal/external stakeholder management skills.

RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
