    Job Description Overview

    This position involves supporting the superior in various tasks including financial reporting, budget review, and compliance matters. The incumbent will oversee daily operations, ensure timely reporting, and manage projects from global/regional teams.

    The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, be able to coach and lead a team, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Additional experience in audit or commercial roles is an added advantage.

    Operational Focus

    The incumbent's responsibilities will include:

    1. Supporting the superior in monthly preparation of management and accounting reports.
    2. Assisting in the budget and quarterly forecast review process.
    3. Ensuring compliance with company policies and internal audit procedures.
    4. Overseeing day-to-day operational work and team functions.
    5. Managing projects rolled out by global/regional teams.
    6. Servicing internal and external customers, including auditors, tax agents, and clients.
    7. Providing assistance to Singapore operations as needed.

    Candidate Profile

    A qualified accountant with extensive experience in finance management and team leadership is required. Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is also essential. Commercial experience in MNCs and knowledge of month-end closing processes are valuable assets.
