In this Role, you'll get to
- Referring to the company procedures, use the appropriate tools to assist the local business team, and provide frontline business support to global partners.
- Promote Trip's hotel management system to our cooperative hotels.
- Adapt to corporate strategy adjustment and keep business knowledge updated.
- Coordinate with other departments to improve the overall satisfaction of the hotels. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Diploma or above, with business level verbal and written English language communication skills.
- Excellent service awareness and professional dedication, strong learning ability, positive attitude, and strong ability to work under pressure, excellent teamwork ability, able to adapt to the work shift system. Relevant working experience in a starred hotel or call center is preferred.
