Description
Hi, we are Popkidspool. An event based company. We provide inflatables at clients houses and also do have an event space at our warehouse. We looking for an admin that is fun, outgoing and loves to explore something new.


Requirements:


  • Working hours : 45hours per week
  • Must be able to work on the weekends
  • Have an experience in events or at least loves to do events.
  • Optimistic and can handle datelines
  • Handle payroll, claim, OT & etc.
  • Monitoring staff attendance & leave.
  • Update records of new staff.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews & do agendas.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends.
  • Support general office administrative work.
  • Issues Invoices
9. ⁠Update cash-in & cash out on company's system (Xero)


  • Update order and purge back end website.
  • Event Management & vendor relations.
  • Manage bookkeeping
  • Responsible for any other duties that superior given time to time.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
