Backend Developer - Cyberjaya, Malaysia - Horuz Technology Sdn Bhd

Description

Their primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

• Perform UI tests to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
• Gather and address technical and design requirements.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features.
• Follow emerging technologies.

• Proven work experience as a Backend developer.
• Indepth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Handson experience with programming languages like Java, Ruby, PHP, Python, etc.
• Working knowledge of CMS framework.
• Familiarity with frontend languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, and CSS).
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Teamwork skills with a problemsolving attitude.
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Understanding of database technologies, both SQL (like MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (like MongoDB).
