Invoicing Clerk Sales Coordinator - Skudai, Malaysia - Mega Flour Sdn Bhd
Description
Coordinates Sales Team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communication relevant information.- Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested
- Store and soft financial and nonfinancial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparations and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Preparing invoicing and customer service
- Taking record of customer complaints, coordinating with logistics and purchaser to ensure customer feedback are addressed
- Knowledge on Auto count is added advantages
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
Salary:
RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
