Job Scope

This is an exciting opportunity for young talent who is eager to learn more about managing Learning & Development global projects.

This role would be a 1-year contract and upon successful completion of the contract, it would be converted to a permanent role or other HR function within the organisation.

Reporting to the Agile Delivery Lead and working closely with Project Managers as well as product owners in the Global Leadership, Talent, Learning teams, the role holder's primary responsibility will be to assist in manage projects of the development and implementation of new talent and learning products.

Working closely with members of the global talent and learning team, regional talent team, HRBPs and leaders, the role holder will blend both knowledge of change management and HR process best practice, with a clear understanding of agile project management approaches.

They will also have a sound understanding of the overall Global People Strategy and will recognize and connect how these programs form part of the wider holistic plan to drive enhanced business performance across Experian.

Core functions of Project Specialist:

Assist in stablishing project plans, creating project schedules and milestones, and tracking project timeline. Responsible to update team members and relevant stakeholders on project status within project timeframe
Work closely with Project Manager to establish processes with the team for Learning & Development initiatives that will be rolled out.
Conduct data analysis and compile and report quantitative and qualitative survey results, highlighting areas for improvement.
Job Requirement
13 years of working experience in project management and using project processes and methodologies to implement project plans is required.
Effective time management and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Effectively handle multiple demands and competing deadlines.
The ability to take responsibility for one's own performance.
Work collaboratively with others on a team.
Aptitude for variety and changing expectations and fastpaced environment.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to Master's degree holders.
