MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES_

_ (Essential duties & responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned)_

Promote and sell company's healthcare and spinal products to all clinicians and surgeons in an assigned territory, including product evaluations and case attendance in the operating room setting
Educate and inform clinicians, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel on the proper use and maintenance of healthcare and spinal products (eg : inservice & product demonstration, sales pitches)
Developing relationships with key clinicians, surgeons, nurses, clinic assistants, OR staff and hospital administration
Participating in related trade shows, road shows, conventions, and/or clinical meeting & workshops
Managing and maintaining products inventory and instruments designated on consignment to hospitals
Provide succinct and meaningful reports on a regular basis regarding market progress to your immediate Manager
Gather market data on competitors & market trends and reporting in a useable fashion for business decision
Maintain good inventory monitoring system for the loaner sets, stocktake and records on consignment
Participate in the regular sales meetings and recommend ways of increasing sales.
Participate in the discussions regarding stock forecast to ensure products availability.
Strive to achieve quarterly and annual budgeted figures

JOB QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS

_Knowledge/Education_

Diploma education in Medical/Marketing, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or Sciences

_Skills/Competency Required_

Quick to learn to reach superior product knowledge. Able to absorb complex technical concepts
Driven and self motivated
Able to execute assigned tasks independently with mínimal supervision when task is assigned
Strong interpersonal communication skills with a cheerful temperament

Team player who works toward common mission.

Know the correct use of products and support cases in the surgery. Practice good management of surgery schedule and balance facetoface selling time.
Be familiar with and practice Operating and Procedure Room etiquettes
