We are seeking an accomplished Accounts Manager (AM) and Accounts Executive (AE) with expertise in all aspects of accounting within the T
ourism Management Industry.



Acc Manager (AM)

  • The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas related to the accounting function of the
    Tourism Management Industry experience.
- _Handle the overall management and supervision of the accounting department_.

  • Prepare all other Finance & Accounts reports after month end closing to relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements including
    income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
:


  • Provide account & financial analysis and insights to support decisionmaking and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage daytoday accounting operations.
  • Oversee the processing of invoices, expense reports, and other accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • To prepare all other Finance & Accounts reports after month end closing to relevant departments and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support the annual audit process, audit report checking, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation.
  • Review tax (SST, WHT, corporate etc.) and other statutory/compliance matter, prepare and submit tax returns.
  • Liaise with bankers, company secretarial, and other statutory bodies/authorities.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate Accounting records and documentation.
  • Develop and implement Accounts policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Any adhoc assignments as and when requires by the Top management.

Acc Executive (AE)

  • Experience in handling full set of accounts (preferred) include GL, AP, AR, monthly reporting, statements of accounts.
  • To assist Accounts Manager in monthly closing, journal adjustment, prepare closing report.
  • Responsible for daily accounting functions such as Account Payable, Account Receivable, Petty Cash, Cash Flow, Weekly staffs' claim, monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate Accounting records and documentation.
  • Handle in monthly reconciliation of bank/ customer/ supplier/ interco.
  • Attend to any adhoc task requested by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:


  • AM must possess at Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or accounting and finance professional certification preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance & Accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.


  • AE

  • Open for SPM or STPM ,Diploma in Business Admin /Accounting. At least 2 to 3 years working experience in admin & accounts roles.
  • Both are Preferably in
    Tourism Management industry experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, experience with
    AUTOCOUNT accounting software preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, work independently, committed, analytical, selfmotivated and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • English, Bahasa Malay,
    MANDARIN preferred

Pay:
RM4, RM10,000.00 per month
