Accounts Executive - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Subhome Management Sdn Bhd
Description
To maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & General Ledger- To maintain in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly Financial and Management Reporting.
- Assist to handle all aspects of the financial accounting matters including daystodays running of the Finance operations.
- Managing the cash flow position, preparing monthly bank reconciliation and monthly cashflow forecast.
- Performing Balance Sheet Reconciliation and account analysis.
- Assist in annual audit and tax related matters.
- Perform other ad hoc finance and accounting related assignment and when required by the management.
- Supporting and collaborating with other departments.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 34 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Proficient in accounting software
- Xero, Zoho & IDB/Hotel system knowledge added advantage.
- Possess positive attitude, selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
