The APAC Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) regroups Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers based in 7 different countries (covering all APAC scope), dedicated to finding the best talents for Air Liquide.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:


Missions and Responsibilities:

Execute the recruitment strategy across its scope, implementing targeted sourcing and marketing techniques to identify and attract appropriate talent pools
-
Develop and deliver consistent and standardized recruitment processes and the right channel to select the best talents for the company

Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers
- **Coordinate with hiring managers to identify interview evaluation criteria and competencies
-
Support fresh graduate program, student internship, campus recruitment activities, external career fairs and events to attract talents and position Air Liquide as the employer of choice
-
Participates in the onboarding process and getting frequent feedback from new hires
-
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Are you a MATCH?:


Competencies and Profile:

A degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration or a relevant field
-
Minimum 3/5 years **of prior experience in recruitment in a Corporate or Recruitment Agency, with proven experience in direct sourcing techniques
-
Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to fully understand business needs
-
Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn
-
Knowledge of various interviewing methods
-
Experience with HRIS, ATS (Workday, Taleo, Lumesse ), Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and present at all levels of the organisation (both written and verbal)

Must be flexible, adaptable, with ability to multitask

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Ability to work fast in a changing environment

Proactive and shows initiative including adopting a hands-on approach
