Job Purpose:


You will have the opportunity to be able to shape the business framework and practice with global and regional teammates and vendors managing the entire sales lifecycle and driving revenue by prospecting, acquiring and developing new business to build a pipeline for growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize specific opportunities in support of the growth plan including developing the business case, creatively structuring deal terms, developing a negotiation strategy, and leading negotiations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify partnerships and acquisitions that can grow our business.
  • Build and maintain internal consensus with all stakeholders at all stages of the deal process. Drive deals to closure while maintaining a willingness to walk away from deals which did not meet business objectives or introduced an unacceptable risk.
  • Ensure successful execution of service partnerships to ensure they deliver on expectations by leading deal governances processes. Maintain ongoing relationship with service partners to help manage execution.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual margin targets by selling services and cloud subscriptions.
  • Maintain a network of relationships across the artificial intelligence and business development industries with partners, potential partners, potential end customers etc.
  • Proactively stay current with releases and consider how these could benefit or impact customers then work with the team to initiate activity to customers and to feedback on requirements for sales enablement materials

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • A strong track record of selling consultancy, account management and managed service solutions
  • Ability to engage effectively with and influence decision makers and executives.
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Ability to determine priorities, establish a systematic course of action to ensure successful completion, and allocating time and resources effectively.
