Front Office Assistant

Job Summary

To be responsible for the hospital's frontline customer service.
To perform an efficient service in particular of patient registration, admission and discharge.
To ensure deposit and payment is collected with issuance of receipt.
Obtaining letter of guarantee and to ensure the contents are in good order.
Entering charges for billing and collection purpose.
To be fully responsible for the float money and daily cash collection.
To be on duty on rotation basis at Admission & Discharge counter, A&E Registration Counter and various outpatient specialist centres and clinics.
Register and admit patients into wards/clinics by ensuring all documents are correctly completed and the terms & conditions are explained during the admission processes.
Ensure the hospital charges and consultant fees are entered, captured and billed correctly into patient's accounts in Hospital Information System (HIS).
