ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade Show

  • Create an order form & catalog
  • Facilitate Sales Manager / Wholesales Manager to set up the event (venue set up, appointment, products sample, etc.)
  • Consolidate order from customers
  • Facilitate customers to answers any questions and obtains any further information necessary during trade show
Account Set-up

  • Coordinate with accounting team to register new customer code
  • Coordinate with customer for the details of required documents, delivery address, contact person, etc.
Others

  • Tracking and follow up with inventory team for new shipment
  • Issue Sales-Order (SO) when the products are arrived and ready to deliver
  • Coordinate with accounting team for invoice and payment process
  • Coordinate with inventory team for delivery process
  • Generate weekly & monthly sales and inventory report
  • Analyzing sales report and suggesting improvement measures
  • Able to coordinate with others internal & external functions; accounting dept., financial dept., inventory dept., merchandising dept., marketing dept., etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 year(s) and above of working experience in the related field.
  • Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues.
  • Provide the sales team with data reports and sales guides.
  • Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives.
  • Identify and keep up with sales trends.
  • Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Keep up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to date.
  • Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests.
  • Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

  • RM2,500
  • RM3,500 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
  • Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits (Incentive Trip + Yearly Increment & Bonuses + Training & Development)

WORKING HOUR:

Monday - Friday; 8.30am-5.30pm


WORKING LOCATION:

Kuala Lumpur


Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
