Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing a team of quantitative research under the research director's guidance e.g. allocation of the load within the team, and directly involved in the personal development of team members.
  • Preparing the project budget.
  • Directing and briefing the field vendor before project execution.
  • Performing field monitoring during the project.
  • Liaising with other departments such as Data Processing & Data Analyst.
  • Compile and analyze the data and formulate it into reports and recommendations to be presented to the client.
  • Maintaining the relation with existing clients as well as surfing the possibilities to acquire new clients through connections.
  • Meeting and liaising with clients to negotiate and agree on research projects.
  • Preparing briefs and proposals as well as formulating research plans to present to the client.
  • Liaising with Business Development and other related department for
formulating the value of the project.


Qualifications:


  • Min. 5 years of experience in primary/secondary research.
  • Experience in product research, packaging testing, brand health tracking, and advertising testing.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical skills & good knowledge of statistics.
  • Excellent Relationship with Clients.
  • Communication Field Management.
  • Presentation & Negotiation Skills.
This position is a remote role based in Malaysia, offering the opportunity for Malaysians to work remotely.
