We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented HR Specialist with a strong background in accounting to join our team.As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various human resources functions while also handling accounting-related tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries related to benefits, leaves, and other HRrelated matters.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll processing, including verifying timesheets and deductions, and working closely with the finance department.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, process invoices, and handle expense reports.
- Prepare financial reports related to HR activities, such as recruitment costs, training budgets, and employeerelated expenses.
- Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices and accounting procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HRrelated projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee satisfaction.
- Handle any other HR and accounting tasks as assigned by the management.
