Our Client is a leading food and beverage group in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific.

The company manufactures and markets a wide range of beverages under the reputed brand name and also owns and operates restaurant chains, serving varied culinary delights.


Job Role Summary:


The Sales Manager holds the pivotal role of overseeing the North Malaysia Area's sales, long term, and sustainable profitability and distribution.

This multifaceted responsibility encompasses the independent management of distributors to foster ongoing business growth.

The role requires strategic planning and execution of short, medium, and long-term objectives, ensuring best-in-class strategies to enhance sales and distribution.

Additionally, the Sales Manager is tasked with leading, developing, and mentoring the Sales Executives/Representatives within their purview.

A key focus is on maintaining a healthy inventory level with distributors, with a specific emphasis on sell-out and controlling market returns.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Able to manage distributors independently to ensure continuous business growth
  • Plan and Execute short, medium
- and long-term objectives, strategies, and best-in-class execution to grow sales and distribution

  • Lead, Develop, and Mentor Sales Executives/Representatives under his/her charge
  • Ensure healthy inventory level with distributors focusing on sellout and market returns control
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant Sales experience, preferably from the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
  • Effective communication and collaborative skills to work seamlessly with various stakeholders
  • Positive outlook and entrepreneurship mindset
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel
  • Possess good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and possess a strong aptitude for learning new skills quickly
  • Willing to travel within North Malaysia, including to Kedah & Perak

Monthly Gross Salary:
MYR7,500 - MYR9,000
