Project Management:

Lead and coordinate all aspects of new product introduction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain project plans, highlighting key milestones and dependencies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to align project objectives and ensure effective communication.
Foster a culture of collaboration and information sharing among team members.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and challenges in the NPI process and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Resource Allocation:

Work closely with department heads to allocate resources effectively, ensuring the availability of the necessary personnel, equipment, and facilities for successful NPI projects.
Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency.

Quality Assurance:

Establish and enforce quality standards throughout the NPI process.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement testing protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

Analyze NPI processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Communication:

Regularly communicate project status, key milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Provide timely updates and address inquiries from stakeholders.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of NPI projects, including specifications, test results, and design documentation.
Generate regular reports summarizing project status, risks, and achievements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in NPI or product development.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and NPI processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for product development and market release.
