schedule meetings and manage calendars -help with daily time management -key in daily all the accounts receivable and accounts payable -process and run monthly client invoices -run errands as requested -prepare payroll, EPF, SOCSO PCB & SST- Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations Manage office supplies and bills Assist on the finance and accounts matters.
- Transact/arrange payment for Firm monthly expenses and ensure that relevant supporting document have been attached for payment / petty cash release.
- Assist on monthly closing and accounting data entry and bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with auditors for statutory audits.
- Maintain proper and complete Firm's financial records including accounts payable & receivable.
- Maintain proper and complete client's statement of accounts (SOA).
- Assist to convert quotation to invoice and ensure all relevant cost has been properly charged in the invoice/bill.
- Assist on the issuance of Official Receipt for payment received.
- Follow up for bad debt payment/collection as and when required.
- Keep and maintain proper and complete Firm's financial records including accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparation of relevant financial reports for internal and external parties.
