The Sales Merchandise is responsible for selling our products and services while also taking great care of our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

Learn, plan and develop merchandising strategies that meet customers' expectations and meet the company's mission and core value
Study outlet's sales figures, customer behaviour, and market info to anticipate product needs and arrange product ranges/stock
Propose, process, and follow up on all sales orders on hand.
Communicate, discuss and collaborate with buyers and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales
Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
Follow outlet planogram and maintain store shelves and inventory
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear stocks, etc.
Support the teammates especially the sales team on all trade shows/road shows and special events as necessary
Communicate with immediate superior regarding salesrelated issues and also the company's objectives
Construct and strengthen customer/buyer relationships by building pipelines to close deals
Remains up to date with all FMCG industry trends and practices
