Description

1. Source and select reliable suppliers and contractors to meet the company's procurement needs.

Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure the best value for money.
Review and analyze purchase requisitions, ensuring adherence to specifications and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials and services.
Collaborate closely with internal department, such as project managers and site supervisors, to understand their procurement requirements and provide necessary guidance.
Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and availability of materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous quality, competitive pricing, and on-time deliveries.
Oversee the performance of suppliers, conducting periodic evaluations and addressing any issues or non-compliance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including purchase orders, supplier details, delivery schedules, and invoices.
Matching invoice with DO & PO.
To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time.

Qualifications:

Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PP
Preferably min. 2 year(s) of working experience/ Proven experience as a Purchasing

Executive in the main contractor industry will be highly advantageous

Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and industryspecific procurement processes
Required language(s): 3 Languages entitled.
Preferably can start work ASAP

Working Days and Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m
