Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
- Drive membership and class package sales through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients to build lasting relationships.
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote the Pilates studio's classes, workshops, and special events.
- Collaborate with local businesses, health professionals, and community organizations to create partnerships and crosspromotional opportunities.
Brand Development:
- Maintain and enhance the studio's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Implement strategies to differentiate the studio from competitors and position it as a leader in Pilates and overall wellness.
Event Planning:
- Coordinate and organize promotional events, open houses, and workshops to attract new clients and engage existing ones.
- Collaborate with instructors and other team members to create memorable and impactful events.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Analyze and interpret data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Education and Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
