Job Summary
- Administer and organize all types of projects; and come up with comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects.
- Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule, change and risk management, along with administrative duties like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
Job Requirements
- Min Bachelor Degree in construction management, Project management, civil engineering or related field with 3 years of working experience in property development industry.
- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by immediate supervisor.
- Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of the various types of projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and communicate meeting recap and followups.
- Ensure proper resources are assigned for the delivery of milestones.
- Report on project health and status.
- Able to undertake other special adhoc assignment and tasks required.
- Support and participate in Quality, Health and Environmental (QHSE) activities to ensure company's QHSE objectives and targets are met.

RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
