WE ARE HIRING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

Salary Range :
RM 3,000 - RM 3,500 + RM 500 KPI

Working Days : 5 Working Days Monday - Friday, 2 Days Off

Working Hours : 8AM-5PM (24/7 Rotational Shift in the Future)


Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensures all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company's processes and procedures

Resolves customer requests and problems by making appropriate booking changes based on company's processes and procedures, as well as activity terms and conditions


Requirements:
Open to Fresh Graduate and SPM

Proficiency in Mandarin and English

(Read, Write and Speak)
