    Description

    **Job Summary**

    As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will oversee the installation team to ensure the quality of work meets established procedures and specifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor installation activities at the site to verify products are installed according to drawings, procedures, and work instructions.
    • Perform quality control inspections to guarantee products conform to requirements.
    • Compile daily quality issue reports for the QAQC Engineer, highlighting QC rejects.
    • Verify the completeness and acceptance of repairs/reworks before releasing them for installation.
    • Conduct quality patrolling in the site area to identify QSHE non-conformances.
    • Ensure product identification and traceability comply with regulations.
    • Investigate root causes to improve quality performance.
    • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve quality issues at the factory or on-site.
    • Comply with all quality, safety, and environmental requirements related to the job scope and workplace.
    • Perform other duties assigned by management or the Head of Division as required.

    **Qualifications:**

    A minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant field is required.

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Demonstrated QA/QC inspection knowledge and supervisory skills.
    • Proficiency in QLASSIC.

    Expected Minimum Years of Experience:

    • At least three years of working experience in Quality Control, construction, or manufacturing.
