Description
Full spectrum of purchasing process including creates purchase order, liaise, monitor, follow up and expedite delivery with supplier.- Maintain procurement records such as purchase, delivery, product quality performance and inventories.
- Prepare monthly sales report.
- Stock Allocation.
- To perform other related duties or ad hoc duties when assigned.
- Assist in daily administration work
- Maintain and update contact list
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of documents
- Handle incoming telephone calls and inquiries
- Filling of documents
- Perform other administrative tasks as and when required by the management
Requirements:
- At least 2 year or above working experience as an administrative role
- Able to read, speak and write Bahasa & English.
- Good attitude and personality
- Independent and reliable
Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
