Description
Full spectrum of purchasing process including creates purchase order, liaise, monitor, follow up and expedite delivery with supplier.

  • Maintain procurement records such as purchase, delivery, product quality performance and inventories.
  • Prepare monthly sales report.
  • Stock Allocation.
  • To perform other related duties or ad hoc duties when assigned.
  • Assist in daily administration work
  • Maintain and update contact list
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of documents
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and inquiries
  • Filling of documents
  • Perform other administrative tasks as and when required by the management

Requirements:


  • At least 2 year or above working experience as an administrative role
  • Able to read, speak and write Bahasa & English.
  • Good attitude and personality
  • Independent and reliable

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
