Description
We're seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team and genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. They can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary.We'd love to hear from you:
- Diploma in the related field
- Track record of overachieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Your Day-to-Day:
- Assist clients on the orderonline/website.
- Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics.
- Followup on orders and liaise with customers, retail, etc.
- Followup on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
- Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
- Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff at our traditional boutiques
- Assist customers with aftersales service issues
- Be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
- Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
- Maintain and update regular client correspondence
- Maintain website layout and product details.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs.
- Flexible availability that supports the needs of the business
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
