Payroll Specialist - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Brandt International Sdn Bhd
Description
Process monthly payroll activities related to employee's life cycle for example onboarding, confirmation, salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, contract conversion and others.
- Support prepayroll activities, for example to verify and confirm payroll changes from HR, ensure accurate employee records in the HR system,
- Perform monthly payroll reconciliation and reporting to finance.
- Provide advice on payroll and compensations enquiries on prompt basis.
- Ensure compliance to governments' legislation law and audit requirements.
- Participate in adhoc HR projects.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in HR / Payroll
Knowledge in Singapore payroll is required
:
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage due to internal communication.
- Experience in Times payroll software will be an advantage.
- Possess a high level of responsibility and integrity to maintain confidentiality of all HR and payroll records.
- Meticulous, responsible and independent.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
