Description

Process monthly payroll activities related to employee's life cycle for example onboarding, confirmation, salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, contract conversion and others.


  • Support prepayroll activities, for example to verify and confirm payroll changes from HR, ensure accurate employee records in the HR system,
  • Perform monthly payroll reconciliation and reporting to finance.
  • Provide advice on payroll and compensations enquiries on prompt basis.
  • Ensure compliance to governments' legislation law and audit requirements.
  • Participate in adhoc HR projects.

Job Requirement:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in HR / Payroll

Knowledge in Singapore payroll is required
:


  • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage due to internal communication.
  • Experience in Times payroll software will be an advantage.
  • Possess a high level of responsibility and integrity to maintain confidentiality of all HR and payroll records.
  • Meticulous, responsible and independent.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
