Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fintech projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

Technology Integration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate fintech solutions into our existing systems and infrastructure. Evaluate technology options, conduct feasibility studies, and recommend optimal solutions.

Compliance and Regulation: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to fintech operations. Ensure that all projects and initiatives comply with applicable regulations and industry best practices.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with fintech projects, including cybersecurity threats, data privacy concerns, and operational risks. Implement risk management strategies to safeguard our organization and its stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, regulators, and other stakeholders involved in fintech initiatives. Communicate effectively and collaborate closely to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of our fintech operations. Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

Degree holder
Have relevant experience in delivery of relevant IT projects, or equivalent.
Understanding of fintech technologies, trends, and best practices. Experience with AI, machine learning, or other emerging technologies is desirable.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data using statistical and data analysis tools. Skills in data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively. Understanding of predictive modeling and risk analysis techniques.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices to protect financial systems and customer data.
Understanding of encryption methods, authentication protocols, and secure coding practices.
Awareness of regulatory requirements related to data security and privacy (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
