THE OPPORTUNITY


Our partner, a fast-growing Australian end-to-end payments and rewards solution that is tailored to the needs of business owners, is looking to expand its team and hire for Customer Service Representative The team is on a mission to build innovative technology that empowers Australian business owners to make payments more rewarding.


As the Customer Service Representative, your role entails ensuring top-notch customer support, overseeing customer satisfaction, and creating an extraordinary customer journey.

You will be directly reporting to the Head of Sales in Australia.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Analyse and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • With at least 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Excellent communication skills both oral & written
  • Familiarity with Financial/Banking industry is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce, Genesys, Xero software is ideal
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Friendly and calm demeanor
  • Multitasking and problemsolving abilities
