Description
Assist superior in organize corporate and sales activities including NV Star Award, Presentation, Annual Dinner, Launching and Parents Day.

  • Assist superior to control departmental project expenditure.
  • Ensure the departmental project can be carried out smoothly.
  • Prepare profile and report of each event.
  • Monitor the progress of marketing events and sponsorship programs.
  • Coordinate with Advertising and Promotion and Incentive section on any promotion, publicity and advertisement that related to the event.
  • Assist to prepare notice and memo.
  • Organize incentive trip for agents who qualify.
  • Represent as action team on any company function and activities.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

Qualification:


Experienced/ Skills Required:


  • Experience in conducting event will be an advantage
  • Selfmotivated and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
