Here, you will formulate creative solutions for our customers, juggle numerous items in making them simple, own and drive initiatives, and collaborate with super fun and hard-working group of people who are utterly passionate about their mission.

The Core Job:

Conduct research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor performance in the ecommerce industry.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth within the platform.
Perform data analysis using tools and techniques such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to extract actionable insights.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of the ecommerce platform.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to support the implementation of ecommerce initiatives.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and userfriendly online experience.
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the ecommerce platform.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and propose innovative solutions to drive business growth.

; Requirements:

Education/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
Familiarity with web analytics tools and digital marketing concepts is highly desirable.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices is a plus
