_Job Summary_
- Setup and manage procurement process.
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost saving objectives
- Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
- Responsible for Purchase Order (PO) issuance to requestors within time frame as per policy.
- Create contract and handling new vendor registration process.
- Collaborate and coordinate with key persons/stake holder to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
- Participate in all purchasing related audit activities and attend to queries in timely manner
- Handle merchandising product such as festive gift, and adhoc event needs.
- Update monthly report of List of Business Partners, Vendor & Item Code Creation monitoring
Job Requirements_
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 2 year of proven experience in purchasing, procurement or similar role
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
