General responsibilities

  • Act as single point of contact for all data related matters
  • Be stakeholders' data Subject Matter Expert
  • Collaborate with other data teams within DKSH, especially the product teams.
  • Extract and produce meaningful and executable data report for product teams and business stakeholders to use.
  • Produce data reports on ad hoc, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Analyse data and present findings & recommendations.
  • Work with product owners to collate and analyse data reports.
  • Set up, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards where needed.
  • Maintain and update existing internal digital product dashboards.

Communication

  • Maintain and execute division communication plan.
  • Support Design team to conceptualize / formulate aesthetically pleasing and meaningful creative artwork.
  • Consolidate internal bimonthly newsletter from internal teams.
  • Conceptualize postings on internal and external channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Fantree)
  • Support market communication and newsletters requests from stakeholders.
  • Monitor & track user postings on internal community portal.

Leadership responsibilities

  • Able to provide expertise opinion to stakeholders that aid in meaningful decisionmaking.
  • Able to influence decisions when working closely with internal stakeholders.

Job requirements

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft products e.g., Excel, Word is a must.
  • Exposure to PowerBI, SAP Lighthouse is preferable but not compulsory.
  • Strong communication, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset to write and devise communication articles.

  • Pays high attention to detail, able to analyze and conceptualize requirements and processes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Comms, Business, Finance
