SCOPE OF WORK FOR ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE (AR) SECTION
- Prepare monthly claim attendance
- Prepare monthly claim equipment
- Prepare monthly claim certificate
- Prepare monthly claim rental/road closure - Operation
- Prepare invoice customer/claim
- Update Billing Status
- Update & Record Collection
- Filling all AR document.
- Record & Update Monthly Account Statement based on Bank Statement
- Handle any adhoc regarding account when required
- Assist in updating claim summary
- Update & record Ageing & Sales
- Call and update payment from client
SCOPE OF WORK FOR ACCOUNT PAYABLE (AP) SECTION
- Record incoming Invoice supplier
- Record incoming claim
- Process supplier invoices and claim for record and payment
- Process hire purchase loan for record and payment
- Process house/office rental for record and payment
- Process utilities (Celcom/TM/water bill/ electric bill/fuel) for record and payment
- Prepare PV & Cashbook
- Prepare Payment Certificate & Record Previous & Schedule Payment
- Record, Update & Key in payment
- To prepare the creditors reconcilaition
- To Prepare Ageing for creditors
- Filling all AP document
- Prepare Financial Report for Company, when required
- Prepare an Analysis of monthly report, if required
- Prepare & compile Audit Documents
- Prepare and reconcile the monthly statement
- Check and process the monthly staff claims, as per T&C
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of accounting software, preferable Autocount
- Independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Can handle pressure
Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
