Overview:

Retail Associates/ Assistants are welcome to join our vibrant Costume Team As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our store and play a vital role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

You will be responsible for providing good customer service, assisting with costume selection and purchases, and ensuring the store is always well-stocked and well-presented.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Assist customers with costume selection, fitting, and purchases
• Ensure the store is wellstocked, clean, and organised at all times
• Create an inviting atmosphere by helping with displays
• Process customer transactions
• Act as a brand ambassador by providing product knowledge and sharing store promotions training provided

Requirements:


What We're Looking For:

• Enthusiastic about retail/customer service and costumes
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (11am8pm) and Saturday (11am6pm).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have some knowledge of computers and social media platforms preferred
• Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not a necessity
• Interested in trends, movies and fashion is encouraged but not a requirement
