- To drive continuous improvement culture for bank wide through identify, lead and manage BITIZEN Kaizen Culture. Assisting Head of Organisation & Methods to lead the development of Organisation & Methods objectives, strategies, plan and standard aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Planning and execute the implementation of Kaizen Culture to all Head Quarter division until complete;
- Ability to lead, plan and manage continuous improvement and culture change;
- Developing specific plans to ensure the target dateline for the Kaizen at HQ implementation is meet;
- Planning and prepare Kaizen sustainability framework for Kaizen at HQ;
- Prepare and provide regular reporting and attend meeting as and when required;
- Identify the KPI and area for improvement;
- Monitoring and supporting the Regional Core Team in their daily branch visits, queries, issues arising etc;
- Managing the Regional Core Team in terms of reporting and tracking in terms of the Branch Daily Kaizen sustainability.
- Educating and shadowing (if necessary) the Regional Core Team for branch visits and or setting up regular meetings for updates.
- Any other duties / assignment as and when directed / assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time
