Business Support Executive - Melaka, Malaysia - Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd
Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To provide business development, accounting, and administrative support to departments including maintaining filing systems and database records.
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, ledger maintenance, and payments.
- Create sales invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and purchase invoices.
- Handle payment voucher printing and issuance.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain debtor and creditor payment records.
- Responsible for utilities payments and organizing staff duty schedules.
- Manage office stationery and pantry inventory.
- Compile staff claims for monthly submissions and oversee corporate collaterals.
- Collaborate with various departments for task execution.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with great attention to detail.
- Positive attitude towards learning and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel within Melaka.
Pay:
Up to RM3,500.00 per month
