JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide administrative support on all HR functions such as attendance report analysis, training activities, and other adhoc duties as assigned.
- Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
- Coordinate and monitor progress of performance appraisal of employees in the group of companies.
- To introduce, revised and implement Company policy.
- To manage on employee relation matter.
- To handle Industrial relation and disciplinary related issue.
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum of 2 years' working experience in related field.
- Sound knowledge of Labor Law, Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act is essential.
- Mature personality, good interpersonal skills.
- Good initiative, committed and ability to work under pressure.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
