Experience :
Must have at least 1 year working experience in the field of CAT6, CCTV, Door Access, or Barrier Gate wiring and installation works


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair CCTV, Alarm System, Door Access, IP Networking, Barrier Gate & related equipment in indoor and outdoor environments.
  • To carry out cabling and installation works with efficiency, accuracy and safety at all times.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with technical equipment promptly and efficiently.
  • Operate a variety of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including communicating effectively with clients about the status of their service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Document technical procedures and maintenance logs accurately.
  • Respond to emergency calls for outdoor equipment repair.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service quality.
  • Ensure there is no rework job for the task handled by the team.
  • Support and undertake adhoc projects as requested by the company.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of security system installation (alarm, door access & CCTV) including CAT6 and Coax wiring & cabling
  • Willing to learn, hardworking, responsible, and able to complete a task within the timeline given.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to operate Windows based laptop and perform basic troubleshooting such as PING test as well as web based equipment setup
  • Strong team player with a positive working attitude and Able to work in groups.
  • Proficient in written communication both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Applicants should be Malaysia Citizens ONLY
- onsite installation work (indoor installation 80% ; outdoor installation 20%)

  • Must have valid class D license and ability to operate motor vehicle (class B2 with own vehicle is an advantage)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
