Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Content Creator Executive & Graphic Designer at Regenàvie located in Johor Bahru.

As a Digital Content Creator & Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content for various digital platforms.

This includes designing graphics, images, and videos to support marketing campaigns, social media posts, website content, and other digital assets.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, brainstorm ideas, and implement design solutions that align with the brand's visual identity.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
• Film, capture, and edit highquality video footage using professionalgrade cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software to create visually engaging content.
• Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance storytelling and captivate viewers' attention.
• Create original illustrations, graphics, and animations that complement video content and reinforce brand messaging across multiple digital platforms.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and audio clips to optimize visual appeal, narrative coherence, and overall production quality.
• Develop and maintain a library of digital assets, including stock footage, music tracks, and graphic elements, for use in future projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, video production techniques, and editing software advancements to continuously improve our digital content's quality and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a digital content creator, graphic designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work across various digital platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
• Experience with motion graphics, 3D modeling/rendering, UI/UX design, or web development is a plus.
