VACANCY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (FREIGHT FORWARDER)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service for shipping, freight forwarding in import & export is preferred.
• Experience in USA shipment is an added advantage.
• Experience in submitting SI, AMS and other related carrier document via online.
• Computer literate and able to use Ms Office company in house system
• Must be able to work extra time after office hour if needed.
• Able to work independently, selfmotivator and a team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all related parties, eg: shipping line, customs broker, haulage, and trucking for smooth operation.
• Communicate with the client/carrier whenever there is an issue to resolve.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers for movement to ensure shipment is ontime.
• Operate all shipment document processes by sea and air.
• To track closely on the shipment status and keep the clients informed and other parties, including the sales team, custom clearance team, and the operation team.
• Any other jobs assigned and required by immediate superior/management.
