What will you be doing?

Responsibilities:

Responsible and leads, oversees and manages daily requirements of SOC, including the tasks of the SOC team
Managing and instruct SOC Assistant Manager / Team Lead to supervise on monitoring, training and motivating SOC team
Supervising the day to day operational activities in SOC and provide proactive security incident by monitoring security logs coming from customers' environments
Responsible in performing regular employee review, facilitating employee skills development, motivating and making duty assignments to the team
Managing, dealing, coordinating and keeping good working relationship with clients, vendors, partners and other business units across all level
Ensure processes are aligned towards achieving committed SLAs and KPIs, and ensure the team is doing proactive security log monitoring
Controls security policy, processes, compliant and disaster recovery planning
Conduct performance presentation to Management or senior level customers on the overall performance of the SOC team and services rendered
Manage and validate the handover documents from Project Team before handover to SOC
Oversee SOC team to ensure all monitoring and relevant services are being performed according to customers' requirements and expectations

What are we looking for:

Job Requirements:

57 years of relevant experience in IT security operations, IT security management and architecture
Possess Bachelor Degree/ Professional Degree in Information Technology / Computer Forensic / Cybersecurity
Proficient in Incident Management and Response
Experience in security device management, SIEM, threat management and vendor management
Indepth knowledge of security concepts such as cyberattacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.
Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation
Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders
Good Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills
