Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Project Management:_

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, to define project updates and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, while considering all necessary factors.
Monitor project progress against established timelines, identifying potential delays and taking corrective actions to ensure ontime delivery.

Client Communication:_

Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining regular communication to understand project requirements, updates, and expectations.
Provide timely and accurate project status reports, addressing any concerns or inquiries from clients.

Documentation and Reporting:_

Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, which includes the issuance of purchase orders and work orders, project plans, progress reports, schedules, postproject evaluations, and client communications.
Prepare regular project status reports to update internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
Detailoriented and Problemsolving mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in speaking Japanese or Mandarin is an additional advantage.
